Job Description
- Coordinate and track all tasks of the internal marketing team and/with other departments.
- Handle all events logistics, ushers, giveaways, printing materials, and branding products and assuring that the event logistics are done as planned.
- Creates status reports to highlight all ongoing tasks & deadlines.
- Regular follow up on all ATL & BTL communication activities including coordination with all external vendors, suppliers, and marketing agencies.
- Responsible for managing the Head Office image and identity.
- Responsible for recording all the meeting minutes and distributing them for all the concerned parties as agreed with the Marketing & Communications Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing or Business.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position.
- Decision maker, Planner, Organizer
- Communication Skills.
- Customer Service skills.
