Job Description
- You will make calls and answer incoming calls from different type of customers and company partners who want to book a ride, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide general information.
- You will be a member of the primary contact team for consumers interested in the service we offer and will be responsible for assisting them in completing their digital riding experience.
- You will also inform customers and partners of the service terms and features and project a professional company image through voice and online interactions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
- Professional MS office skills.
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment.
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
- Excellent data entry and typing skills.
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.
