Job Description

  • You will make calls and answer incoming calls from different type of customers and company partners who want to book a ride, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide general information.
  • You will be a member of the primary contact team for consumers interested in the service we offer and will be responsible for assisting them in completing their digital riding experience.
  • You will also inform customers and partners of the service terms and features and project a professional company image through voice and online interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
  • Professional MS office skills.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills.
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.
