Job Description
- Preparing Quotations for individuals & groups.
- Customizing all kind of programs itineraries (Classical, Safari, experimental hidden gems and authentic local charm)
- Follow up with Travel Agencies till materializing all requests
- Handling materialized bookings
- Follow up with clients during their trip in Egypt and solve any kind of problem they may face during their trip within the authorized limit
- Supervising the team-mate and give support whenever needed
- Preparing all the needed documents related to the execution on site such as service orders for all branches & Traffic department, Tourism police reports (when needed)
- Follow up with Traffic & branches to make assure a smooth operation for his/her file
- Closing file by sending the Invoice and to be sure that money is collected.
- Follow up the Travel Agency statement with the accounting department
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 4 – 5 years of experience in Tour field.
- Experience in organizing trips is a must
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and writing.
- A very strong PR and communication skills with customers
- Self-Initiative and Customer oriented personality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to be available all times to achieve any requested tasks
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work and cooperate with the TEAM
- Comprehensive PC skills.
