Job Description
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
- Handling and prioritizing all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Organizing and scheduling all meetings and appointments.
- Interpreting at meetings (whisper interpreting or consecutive interpreting) , phone calls, in-house discussions, etc. from Italian to Arabic and vice versa
- Translating all the required Documents such as meeting minutes, email, reports, presentations, policies, procedures, etc.
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls; Calendar coordination, etc…
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements

- Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English.
