Job Description

  • Managing the sale of products to customers in other countries.
  • Training and developing the sales and marketing team, organizing and following up the Sales Specialists & Coordinators.
  • Develop knowledge of the cultural, business and political background of the countries you are responsible for, together with an understanding of consumer tastes.
  • Combine this with the results of Market Research to decide what will sell in these countries and how to sell it, look for new opportunities, launching new products to sell to different international markets.
  • Develop a Business Plan and Sales Strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Manage quotations by providing timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, activity reports and might need to complete a tender document or review terms of an L/C or contract.
  • Discuss with the Marketing Department requirements and strategies for better sales result, also to ensure the implementation of CRM system and getting the most use of our clients database.
  • Report claims, problems and client complains and feedbacks to the Coordination Department and Production Manager.
  • Managing the customer database for the foreign markets.
  • Promote the company's products to existing customers and attract new customers.
  • Know all product information and provide complete explanation about it to customers.
  • Submit regular reports on competition in the market in terms of prices, offers, new products and advertising, or some customers stop dealing with the company's products.
  • Positive representation of the company towards all customers and a guarantee of positive and permanent communication with them.
  • Follow-up on all customer orders and ensure safety of arrival and delivery to customers on time.
  • Managing customer development programs to increase their loyalty and the continuity of commercial cooperation.

Job Requirements

  • University Graduate, with preference to Commercial, Logistical or Export related Studiesn5 – 10 Years of Experience in Export
  • Excellent level of English language is a Must
  • Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
