Job Description

  • Manage a large amount of incoming and outgoing calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and asses customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using right methods/tools
  • Meet customer support team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follows up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records for customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Logistics degree or experience is a plus
  • Females are preferable for this position
