About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Export Specialist to join our team and play a key role in expanding our cosmetics business internationally. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire export process for our cosmetic products, ensuring smooth customs clearance, and facilitating international sales growth. You will work closely with various internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and compliant shipments to our global customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the export process for cosmetic products, from initial order processing to final delivery.
• Prepare and ensure accuracy of all export documentation (e.g., invoices, certificates of origin, packing lists).
• Classify cosmetic products according to international customs regulations and Harmonized System (HS) codes.
• Liaise with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure efficient and compliant product shipment.
• Manage export licenses and permits for cosmetic products as required by international regulations.
• Research and stay up-to-date on international trade regulations, customs procedures, and labeling requirements for cosmetics in target markets.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with international shipping and customs clearance.
• Analyze international market trends and identify new export opportunities for our cosmetic products.
• Manage customer inquiries related to export documentation and shipment status.
• Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and related documentation.
