Job Description
- Responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of retail outlets, including sales, staff, stock and resources management.
- Responsible for the financial success and smooth operation of the business, as well as the resolution of any customer situations.

Job Description:
- Staff
- Hire and train workers such as customer service associates, clerks, and cashiers
- Recruiting, supervising, developing, conducting appraisals and performance reviews

2.Operations
- Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
- Controlling Stocks on hand, recycling overstocks and edged stocks, and managing warehouse operations and, managing traffic inside the store and keeping the store organized, clean, and safe.
- Dividing and allocating the display size of brands and products on shelves and floor based on, rental space and demand and purchasing power.
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or display
- Responding to customer complaints and comments
- Organizing special promotions, displays, and events
- Ensure promotions are run accurately and to the company's standards and make sure that staff is all working towards the target for the day.
- Ensure excellent customer care standards are met at all times as well as monitoring the financial performance of the store.
- Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing the program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Ensure the store fulfills all legal health and safety guidelines
- Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers
- Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
3.Analysis & Budget
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Managing P&L in store
- Preparing budgets of every Sub-category, Category, Sub-section, Section, and total department for each branch, then monitoring implementation of those budgets, and approve expenditures.
- Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales
- Preparing and controlling the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
4.Managing
- Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to staff and customers and identifying or resolving urgent issues
- Initiating changes to improve the stores
- Ensuring standards for quality, customer service
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what competitors are doing
