Job Description
- Plan and sell travel packages.
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
- Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers.
- Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
- Network with reservation team.
- Meet profit and sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / higher diploma.
- 1-3 Years of experience in Travel & Tourism Industry is preferred.
- Residence near to the office location at Nasr city or Neighboring Residence is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of reservations systems and e-travel.
- Excellent writing and language skills of both English and Arabic.
- Strong sales skills and commercial awareness.
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate
