Job Description
Job Title: Area Field Force Manager
Department: Sales
Reports to: Marketing & Sales manager
Subordinates: Medical Representative Team (from 6:10)
Area Field force manager Job Descriptions:
- Close monitor of field force activities within a specified area to achieve established sales targets.
- Coach field force ( Medical Reps) on the technical aspects of the organization’s products.
- Ensure proper coverage of customers as per the agreed action plan.
- Generation of prescriptions driving sales within the assigned area.
- Implement sales and marketing plan of action.
- Accurate and updated database for assigned area identifying new customers and adding to the existing customer database.
- Introducing Company’s products to customers delivering product messages given from the marketing team and implement product strategy.
- Monitor the supply of products to customers as per their purchase requests.
- Analyze business potential in his assigned area and report to his superior.
- Contribute ideas/feedback to managers and marketing teams that help to develop a business plan.
- Promote the Company’s image and products through a professional presentation.
- Close follow up to KOLs and major key accounts ( private & Public Sector)
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- University Graduate with a Medical or Scientific background.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as Field Force Supervisor (Pharmaceuticals Field).
- 5-7 year of experience
- Preferable Age: 28-35 years old.
- Good communication skills with colleagues and the market.
- Result Oriented.
- Has a proven successful sales report.
- Energetic and able to travel.
- Ability to work under stress and self-motivated.
- Good command of English spoken & written.
- Excellent computer skills with all MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint...)
- A creative, good planner and has the ability to coach.
