Job Description
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
- Handle Candidates Applications
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, aramex etc.)
- Schedule travel arrangements and hotel booking for managerial members of the company.
- Handel Meeting rooms booking
- Maintain safe and clean Office area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations and supervise cleaning staff.
- Oversee and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on
- Ensure that basic facilities such as water, buffet needs and air conditioner, are well-maintained.
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
- Manage Purchasing furniture, deals, offers, outing etc.
- Log Attendance file from attendance machine and report to HR department.
- Handle Interview appointments
- Handle Vodafone account
Job Requirements
- MS office and English proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
