About the Job

Marketing:

  • Assisting in the coordination of the planning, scheduling, executing of all Marketing
  • events, activities, conferences and workshops.
  • Lead the onboarding of new hires; deliver day 1 setup, coordinate new hire orientation and manage key on-boarding paperwork.
  • Supporting marketing employees by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties
  • Prepare travel documents and make the travel arrangements, process and report expenses through Mondelēz systems.
  • Preparing presentations, spreadsheets and reports, distributing meeting agenda and meeting minutes. Compile and analyze information and prepare reports and other documentation for management review
  • Establish and maintain contacts and responsible to act as a liaison between Internal stakeholders / external vendors and Marketing department.
  • Administer marketing calendar. Monitor schedules, arrangements and other details to ensure timely completion within deadlines.
  • Responsible for monitoring and managing MEA Marketing travel budgets with Marketing Director to stay in line with AC commitments.
  • Handle the full payment cycle for Media and availability of budget on each PO to cover invoice amount to check if GR was done and available open budget on PO (Bahrain, GCC, Levant).

Commercial:

  • Manage PO and invoicing system for Cars insurance (BTS) / rental for commercial cars.

Support Functions:

  • Support miscellaneous activities for Commercial HR - PO & invoicing cycle (Company event, values weeks, GPTW activities)
Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant study
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Administrative fields
  • FMCG experience
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Analytical, communication & stakeholder management skills
