About the Job
  • Ensure the internal and external networks of the company.
  • Ensure that the server is working properly and manage any issues that might arise.
  • Ensure that the security system is running smoothly.
  • Setting up and maintaining the equipment (Laptops, Computers, Internet and Printers)
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Setting up the new user on the mail and the server.
  • Assess the effectiveness of technology resources already in use or new systems that are being implemented.
  • Extracting data on a weekly basis for the finance department from the server.
  • Handing out & receiving laptops, computers and printers in the organization from/to employees.
  • Keep track of the organization’s purchase requirements relevant to technological gadgets.
  • Setting up Firewall system to protect the network, maintaining internet speed.
  • Customize a safe room for the routers, servers and switches of the company.
  • Coordinating the maintenance of all hardware, software, and networks in the organization.
Job Requirements
  • Graduated from Computer Sciences, Information technology or computer engineering.
  • (1-5) years of experience.
  • MCSA (Microsoft Certificate System Admin).
  • CCNA (Cisco Certificate Network Admin) is Preferred.
  • Good in English.
