Job Description
- Place adverts when there are job vacancies or opening
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
- Administer and improve company engagement
- Handle relations issues utilizing best practices.
- Get to know the employee and help them eliminate challenges
- Balance employment policies with our fast entrepreneurial environment
Job Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience in HR
- Have leadership skills
- Bachelor degree Business administration
- Eager to learn and passionate about HR
- Advanced level in English language
- Team player
