Job Description
- Maintains confidentiality at all times
- Using Excel. Word and power point .
- Meets all secretarial requirements e.g. correspondence, email, reports
- Receives incoming calls for the Principal and outgoing call at the Principal’s behest
- Maintains the Principal’s appointment diary
- Arranges meetings as required; takes minutes as required
- Compiles and formats the school newsletter, updates the prospectus and other printed material, staff notices
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with all staff, parents, community
- Receive all incoming telephone calls for the principal, screen and make phone calls or emails on behalf of the Principal.
- Arrange appropriate hospitality, taking minutes if necessary and any follow up action as required for any meetings.
- Provides hospitality as required
