Job Description
Patient Interaction:
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive.Verify patient information and update records.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Provide information about the facility, services, and policies.
Administrative Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls.Manage patient records and files.
- Process insurance forms and handle billing.Collect and process payments.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming.
Communication:
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, patients, and other staff.
- Relay messages and information to appropriate parties.
- Handle patient inquiries and complaints professionally.
Coordination:
- Coordinate patient flow to ensure efficient use of clinic time.
- Assist in the preparation of patient documents and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and medical software
- Good looking, professional attitude and appearance
- Good english in speaking and writing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- Bachelor’s degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
