Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and engaged Senior full stack PHP developer who is motivated, creative, and fun to assist in developing our applications.
Responsibilities
- Developing, maintaining, and deploying back/Front-end website applications.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs
- Build and maintain new products, features and enhancements to suite of products and tools developed using Laravel and Angular.
- Implementing user interfaces using next-gen JavaScript tools as Angular
- Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
- Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.
- Write clean and well-designed code.
- Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
- Contribute to all phases of the development life-cycle.
- Design, implement and administer relational and non-relational Databases.
- Mentor junior team members and help with code reviews.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience.
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
- Proficient knowledge of PHP Laravel Framework.
- Solid working knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and MVC.
- Experience developing user interfaces using Angular
- Experience developing and consuming Restful APIs.
- Experience using HTML 5, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery & JavaScript.
- Experience working in database management such as MySQL, PostgresSQL and MongoDB.
- Neo4j DB knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient understanding of source control and code versioning tools (git and Bitbucket preferred).
- Familiarity with performance and scalability issues and solutions.
- Experience with setting up and configuring web servers (Apache, IIS and others).
- Experience in an Agile environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
