Job Description
We are looking for a Senior PHP Developer with advanced expertise in the Laravel framework to lead the development of a scalable SaaS web application. The role involves building secure, high-performance backends, integrating with third-party APIs and automation platforms, and ensuring seamless AI-driven functionality. The candidate will also implement modern, responsive UI components for dashboards within Laravel, optimizing for both user experience and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect, develop, and maintain a SaaS web application using Laravel.
Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs.
Integrate with AI services and automation platforms to extend product functionality.
Develop modern UI dashboards and reusable components within the Laravel ecosystem.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Implement best practices for testing, CI/CD, and deployment.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver features.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Stay up-to-date with Laravel ecosystem updates and emerging technologies.
Job Requirements
Main Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional PHP development experience.
- 3+ years of advanced experience with the Laravel framework.
- Proven experience in building and scaling SaaS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with AI and automation platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Zapier, n8n, Make).
- Strong expertise in performance tuning and application security.
- Experience with frontend development in Laravel (Blade, Livewire, or Inertia.js).
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Alpine.js preferred).
- Solid understanding of database design (MySQL, MongoDB) and caching strategies (Redis).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with GraphQL.
- Background in DevOps practices.
- Experience with containerization and cloud platforms (Docker, AWS, GCP, or Azure).
