Job Description
- Assists in specifying the strategic goals of the company
- Assists on establishing and responsible of achieving the yearly and monthly sales target for all branches.
- Contributes to team work effort to achieve the company goals.
- Has the ability to provide out of box ideas and follow up the employees ideas to increase the number of customers and improve the sales
- Follow up the competitors strategy of sales and discount
- Identifies current and future customer needs by establishing rapport with all customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
- Prepare monthly and yearly Sales reports
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Responsible for selecting, training, monitor staff performance evaluation, and coaching staff members.
- Manages stock control to insure that all the customer needs are provided and also follow up the slow moving items.
- Ensures proper display of goods
- Checks the practice of store standards.
- Enhance employees knowledge about customer services and provides training on job if needed
- Maintains store staff job results by counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
- Manage the sales team by planning, motivating, and monitoring their activities to achieve the company budgeted sales and gross margin.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a Reputable University
- Must have at least from 10 years of experience.
- Excellent spoken & written English
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer focus skills.
