Job Description

- Responsibilities and Duties

  • Managing all export and import shipments
  • Dealing with shippers’ & consignees’ requirements
  • Managing all external service providers including truckers and customs clearance brokers
  • Ensuring that the process and employees are working smoothly and efficiently
  • Handling invoices with clients and accounting department
  • Maintaining strong relation with shipping lines
  • Building & covering the whole operation team
  • Providing competitive rates for customers
  • Exploring new fields of business while seeking continuous improvement
  • Dealing with agents worldwide
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow

  • Accountable for matching rates
  • Responsible for percentage/ rates for shipment rejection

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Education level.

  • operation managers must have a certificate of higher education in one of the fields of commerce or business administration.
  • At least 5 years in similar position & same business field
