Job Description

PPM is looking forward to hire a responsible responsive administrative assistant performing a mixture of administrative duties, handling communication, providing support to our team, and work on improving the company’s image adding a remarkable development to the firm.

Main Job Roles:

  • Creating and editing formal and business letters and mailings.
  • Manage Mailings (Letters, Mails, etc.).
  • Develop and manage content for use across all channels (Social Media, Website, etc.). Follow-up and coordinating with the legal affairs section.
  • Perceive and periodically inspect the facility to ensure all areas are kept in order, clean and in its efficient operating condition.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent Computer Skills especially MS Office.
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to ‘Make Things Happen’.
  • Self-motivated, self-initiative
  • Formal and business writing skills. Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Attention on tiny Details.
  • Keen on finishing the tasks with perfection
