Job Description
PPM is looking forward to hire a responsible responsive administrative assistant performing a mixture of administrative duties, handling communication, providing support to our team, and work on improving the company’s image adding a remarkable development to the firm.
Main Job Roles:
- Creating and editing formal and business letters and mailings.
- Manage Mailings (Letters, Mails, etc.).
- Develop and manage content for use across all channels (Social Media, Website, etc.). Follow-up and coordinating with the legal affairs section.
- Perceive and periodically inspect the facility to ensure all areas are kept in order, clean and in its efficient operating condition.

- Excellent Computer Skills especially MS Office.
