Planning & Project Management Engineer

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Good knowledge in planning and using primavera.
• Evaluate material submittal.
• Evaluate and review subcontractor invoices.

Critical Duties:

• Support the delivery and maintenance of consistent and realistic plans and control structures for the project during both tendering and execution stages.
• Understand and monitor the interfaces between assigned project sub-elements and other sub-elements.
• Conduct the schedule monthly progress update

Routine Duties:

• Comply with the planning and progress monitoring procedures.
• Monitor project progress and advise action to meet the schedule, if delayed.
• Liaise with project engineering personnel to assist proper understanding of the key schedule sensitivities and drivers.
• Know the contract key dates, milestones and plan dates and how they relate to the overall project schedule.
• Prepare & monitor Cash Flow Reports
• Preparing Manpower & Equipment Plan throughout different phases of each project.

Work Conditions:

• 6 Days a week from Saturday to Thursday
• From 9 AM to 5 PM.
