Job Description
- Your role will be to assist in the expansion of a travel-tech startup, aiding in finding top talent to take part in existing and new projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Take ownership of the entire recruitment pipeline
- Searching/collecting candidate CVs
- Performing phone screenings and conducting HR interviews
- Provide an evaluation candidates' performance
- Develop a strong on-boarding plan for new hires
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, ideally for tech-based roles (e.g: Web/Mobile Development, UI/UX).
- Graduate from either a Business or a Technical field.
- At least 1 year experience in recruitment
- Ability to conduct phone screens and HR interviews.
- Good judge of character.
- Excellent communication skills.
Highly Preferred:
- Worked in a Technology-based company
- Worked in a startup environment
