Job Description
1) Schedule
- Assist in preparing external schedule to client and internal schedule for projects team
- Follow up on scope requirements matrix, raise Red flags for PM before milestones
- Monitor planned Vs actual for suppliers and subcontractor, report and keep record for delays and justification
- Prepare progress reports (weekly & monthly),plot planned Vs actual, prepare S curve,maintain issue log and project closeout report.
2) Budget & Cost
- Assist in preparing Project budget, format to suite the ERP system as per project WBS
- Prepare project cash flow against subcontracts and project milestones,direct project expenses to relevant budget items on ERP
- Monitor project budget ( planned Vs actual),prepare and update budget forecasting along project life cycle,ensure the achievement of project billing scheme and no delays in client invoicing, prepare project close out report
Job Requirements
- BSc. Engineering - Civil Only
- Experience in same role for 3-5 years in a major construction company
- Studies in Project Management is a must
- Excellent Command of English Language (Language School graduates are preferred)
- AutoCad, Primavera & MS Office User.
