Job Description
Purpose of the Job:
Plan, Develop and conduct all Non-Technical Training activities based on Nissan Standard Curriculum to Egypt Dealers front liners based on Annual Training Plan, targets & KPI’s.
Job Description:
- Participate in creating annual non-technical training plans based on targets and Training standard KPI’s.
- Evaluate dealers’ performance based on quarter report vs target.
- Develop & conduct all non-technical training courses for service advisors & spare parts advisors based on annual training plan and KPI’s.
- Conduct Train the Trainer (TTT) courses for our dealers’ trainers.
- Conduct on job training activities based on performance.
- Conduct certification assessments.
- Create training handouts.
- Develop monthly non-technical activities reports.
- Develop dealers’ evaluation report on monthly basis.
- Monitor and report quarterly (dealers’ staff status, organization changes, turnover ratio, newly hired and trained staff).
- Perform pre & post training evaluation to measure the training effectiveness.
- Communicate training announcements and invitations to all targeted staff.
- Prepare and update training aids.
- Organize all required training tools (vehicles, books, meals & Tests).
- Plan, organize and conduct annual Skill Contest for Service advisors & Spare Parts advisors.
- Support any special events organized by Nissan as a cross function activity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in Automotive Engineering is a must
- Experienced Aftersales Trainer
- Technical Automotive Engineering background
- MS office applications
- Parts Sales & Operations knowledge
