Job Description
- Respond to clients in a professional manner and guide them as necessary.
- Answer incoming phone calls and forward them to specialists.
- Respond to the general inquiries received from the company's visitors to the fullest.
- Assist in printing ,photocopying and admins duties
- Register and count visitors to the company and prepare periodic reports.
- Registering outgoing and incoming transactions and preparing periodic reports thereon.
- Assist in limiting the attendance of the employees of the company.
- Assist in some other administrative work
Job Requirements
- (1 - 2) years of experience.
- Good English Language
- Very Good Computer using.
- Experience administration duties and time-management skills.
