Job Description
PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES
- Master category and brand knowledge as well as market practices, competition and trends
- Achieve or exceed sell-out and line targets assigned on monthly basis
- Monitor the daily sales report of the BAs and put the right action plans to increase the sales and rectify a slowdown in performance
- Provide the BAs with the tools and materials to support them on the field (FOC, GWP, testers etc.) and the daily operation of POS.
- Conduct and consolidate stock count per door per SKU and report stock level to the Sell-In team (frequency depending on ordering process)
- Ensure POSM materials and planograms and merchandising are executed as per the brand guidelines
- Lead, motivate and coach all teams to achieve business objectives by leading by example and delivering outstanding customer service
- Give regular feedback to the BAs and conduct ‘Performance Improvement when needed
- Conduct quarterly performance assessment of the BAs and set coaching programs according to the development and business needs aligned with the regional trainer
- Ensure that the BA are following the grooming guidelines and following company policy
- Train BAs on product launches and support in beauty events, launches activations etc.
- Manage the HR administration of the BAs + MUAs (recruitment + onboarding, disciplinary, all kind of leaves + offers etc.)
MUA management:
- Set schedule of MUA based on business requirements
- Set targets and KPIs (uplift, UPT, number of make overs etc.) and ensure that are met
- Liase wit retailers to book MUP and make overs on time
- Ensure competitor report is submitted on time by the MUA
- Coach and develop the MUA thorugh regular feedback and clear guidance
Job Requirements
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Background in Business administration/ Supply chain/ Industrial Engineering
- Experience in Demand/supply planning roles
