Job Description
- Monitoring the daily calendar and screening appointments for appropriateness and urgency.
- Coordinating and taking minutes of meetings.
- Transmit faxes, place and answer telephone calls professionally.
- Follow up on documents needed to be circulated within due dates.
- Prepare presentations and written reports.
- Develop an effective filling system.
- Helping in tenders preparations.
- Responsible for petty cash if needed.
- Make travel arrangements.
- In absence of manager, handling all issues with his delegate promptly and timely.
