Job Description
- Act as the first point of contact for company clients.
- Generate awareness of the company product/ service on all sales platforms.
- Sell products and services to prospective and existing clients through direct sales and channel partners.
- Work to increase company’s distribution base.
- Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account.
- Handle customer complaints by directing it to relevant department and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Business administration/ commerce / marketing.

- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
