Job Description
- Participate in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies for the company.
- Responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of the retail stores.
- Supervising and guiding the area managers towards the maximum performance.
- Preparing and controlling the stores' budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
- Monitoring stock levels and purchases and ensuring they stay within budget and plan.
- Planning and overseeing in-store promotional events or displays, in coordination with the area managers.
- Being up to date with the new market trends to determine the need for improvements and development in the stores.
- Analyzing sales and revenue reports and making forecasts.
- Monitor competitors' performance to determine their strengths and weaknesses, which translates into opportunities or risks for affiliates to meet sales targets.
- Suggest areas for growth including new branches opening plan.
- Set up franchising manual and system and new franchise stores opening plan.
Job Requirements
- BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
- MBA is an asset
- Minimum 10 years of experience in retail operation management
- Knowledge of retail management best practices
