Job Description
- Implementing agreed call campaigns to the customer segments as directed by your manager.
- Working proactively with marketing offering campaign ideas for call out and specific e-shot activity.
- Working closely with the sales team.
- Identifying new business opportunities for field sales and telesales to follow up.
- Handling all inbound sales calls from practice customers who wish to discuss & see our product base.
- Creating a new pipeline through telephones-based activity.
- Achieving agreed KPI’s as directed by your manager.
- Continually updating and cleanse the customer database with key marketing and competitor information as directed.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s or associate degree a plus
- 3-4 years’ experience in a software sales-related role, preferably in telesales
- Outstanding verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel and CRM
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Fluent in the English language
- The personable and friendly tone of voice
- Ability to handle being rejected and remain calm and collected
