Job Description
- Responsible for all clerical work, including the databases & the archiving system.
- Answers calls, takes messages, handles correspondence, and redirects them when necessary.
- Logs or processes bills or expenses.
- Documents expenses and generates reports.
- Acts as a receptionist and/or meets and greets clients.
- Issues and follows up on POs through JDE system.
- Communicates directly with all external vendors.
- Follows up on name tags and uniforms, and business cards issuance.
- Checks frequently the office supplies, stationary, F&B supplies usage and place appropriate orders.
- Manages the Buffet staff.
- Responsible for the meeting rooms' reservation, and coordinates with all admin assistants accordingly.
- Responsible for booking Domestic\International flights and hotels reservations.
- Assists in handling contracts and long-term agreements with flight and travelling agencies.
- Oversees the fleet daily operations and business missions schedule from/to Cairo and Somabay.
- Oversees the regular vehicles maintenance, mileage, as well as the licenses renewal.
- Ensures that all staff are following the approved P&P, and any misuse to be addressed at once.
Job Requirements
- BA degree in Administration, Arts, or equivalents.
- Fluent in English (writing & speaking)
- 3 to 5 years' experience in the same field.
- High time management and organization skills.
- High communication skills
- Punctual and disciplined
