Job Description
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Generate new business and achieve sales targets
- Formulate clear plan to grow Advansys ESC within the defined territory including target industries and customers with expected revenues by business
- Support Business Development team with insights on customer needs based on the ongoing discussions and market awareness
- Support in competitor intelligence ensuring we are fully aware of our competition, their strengthens and weaknesses to support in winning business
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Promoting the organization and products.
Job Requirements
- Experienced in Industrial Automation & Software Solutions Sales (PLC, SCADA, WMS, and conveying systems)
- Managed accounts in 3PL, Food & Beverage, E-commerce, appliances, and Automotive
- Technical background (engineering or computer science graduate)
- Managed Multinational Accounts/Local Enterprises
- Magnificent in building relationships and in negotiations
- Ability to identify and create needs within customers
