Job Description
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions & duties.
- Compile and update employee records(hard & soft copies).
- Deal with employees requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (Absences- leaves).
- Assist in recruiting cycle and update our database.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 1- 2 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Very good command of English language.
- High Communication& presentation skills.
- Excellent MS office skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the HR tools.
- Ability to work under pressure.
