Job Description
- Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention.
- Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees
- Advising on and monitoring appraisal schemes.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees.
- Assist management in conflict resolution.
- Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
- On board new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 - 3 years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to on board new employees and manage HR tasks
- Previous experience in organization development and recruitment is a must
