Job Description
- Managing the customer's inquiries, complaints via phone.
- Work on the system & necessary tools to handle client's needs: this includes airline tickets, hotels, car hire, and insurance.
- Communicate with hotels for reservation's confirmation, changes, etc..
- Reach Client Satisfaction targets and quality standards.
Job Requirements
- If you speak English and Italian language (B2/C1) you are the candidate we are looking for!
- If you’re the ‘go to’ person when it comes to all things tech related that could be the role for you.
- You have completed at least secondary school education.
- You have the affinity for tourism and ticketing experience is a plus.
- You are available 40 hours per week and flexible regarding scheduling.
- You have strong PC skills and good typing skills.
- You are a team player.
- You are organized accurate and professional.
- You are enthusiastic, dynamic, you feel comfortable with communication through the phone.
- You can communicate clearly in written and spoken.
