  • Determine cause and Isolate the problem.
  • Keeps customer updated to their cases.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor of Communication\Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Software and Hardware diagnosis skills are preferred
  • Basic network troubleshooting is a must
  • Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must
  • Ability to work under pressure
