Job Description

  • Manage the reception and Welcome the visitors & customers
  • Coordinate the rotational meetings for the sales team.
  • Write the contract and any letters for the sales dept. or For the General Manager.
  • Distribute and follow up leads to the sales team through CRM.
  • Assist in Marketing tasks, for example, adding ads on Property finder, OLx, AqarMap and replies on the comments on the Facebook page.
  • Carry out all another duty assigned by the direct manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Based near New Cairo
  • Excellent computer skills ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • High Communication skills
  • Presentable
  • English very good
  • Females Only
