Job Description
- Maintain the quality & integrity of the vendor implementation and any ongoing process.
- Check for vendor records errors, duplicates, and improper vendor category codes.
- Analyze technical issues and communicate with the stakeholders.
- Update the training material if needed by coordinating with the stakeholders.
- Provide support to vendors and the internal team if needed.
- Identify opportunities and trends that may lead to process improvements.
- Raise any technical issue from the vendor and follow up until the issue is resolved.
- Handel the vendor's complaints and follow up; to maintain the vendor relation.
- Monitoring the vendor daily performance.
- Lead & assist vendors to achieve the required KPI’s.
- Manage the OD performance and prepare the needed plan report.
- Participates in conference calls with vendors to resolve recurring issues and ensures the corrective action plan are taken.
- Publishes and distributes daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Audit on the cancellation reasons and report the result with the needed plan.
- Meets with vendors and discusses the overall monthly performance.
- Keeps records of Vendor meetings, conference calls, discussions, and results.
- Coordinates and works with other departments on special projects and assignments.
- Monitor inbound purchase orders to identify and facilitate the smooth flow of merchandise.
