Job Description

  • Respond to the customers’ queries in a timely manner.
  • Communicate the customers’ requests to the responsible departments.
  • Contact the customers’ to notify them with any change in their orders.
  • Provide a high level of customer experience in order to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.
  • Organized and a strong aptitude to follow tasks through to completion.
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Operations and Marketing.
  • Assist in the processing of online purchases quickly and while providing superior service to customers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • You have a good command of English language.
  • You are excited to work in a fast-paced environment with constant
    change and growth.
  • You have the ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time
    effectively.
  • You are ready to work on alternating shift basis.
  • You are target oriented.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the call center field.
