Job Description
- Developing productive long term relationships with customers.
- Creating long term strategies with the clients
- Act as a main contact for existing and new customers

- Closely cooperating with other departments involved with your accounts
- Develop plans to build-up weighted distribution in each region/city/or town in coordination with Distributor’s local management, and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation.
- Develop in-store visibility plans in coordination with local Distributor’s management; and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation.
- The role is a Senior member of the UAE Sales team reporting to the Country Manager.
- Creating long term strategies with the key customers and execute RB strategies with them.
- Developing productive long term relationships with customers & act as a main contact for existing and new customers
- Drive In Market Sales and Market Share gains within the account and drive a healthy profitable P&L.
- Preparing volume forecasts and plans on a monthly basis working closely with Trade Marketing, Distributors and Customers.
Job Requirements
- MBA
- Minimum 3 years and maximim 7-8 years of FMCG Sales experience in FMCG industry preferably food & beverages
- FMCG Modern Trade Experience is a must. Ideally min +3 years to 7 years max
- Previous experience in managing Carrefour would be plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; managing and handling Distributor sales teams.
- Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
- Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
- Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing and customers and internal teams
- Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues
- Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
- Ability to think outside the box
- The business language in Reckitt Benckiser is English; therefore fluency in this language is essential. Fluency in other languages(s) is advantageous
