Description :

Your role will include managing the features backlog, communicating with all stakeholders like architects, product marketing, development and design teams, as well as marketing team to come up with the right features to build and then lead the product team to having maximum throughput as possible and make the highest impact on the product in minimum time.

The PO is the key decision maker on priorities and design decisions, and works to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned at each stage of the development life cycle. The PO understands both the engineering and business side of the product release and is ultimately responsible for representing the end user’s needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains a vision for the product.
  • Responsible for communicating the product vision to the scrum team.
  • Responsible for the product and product features from concept to EOL.
  • Responsible for the design, usability, quality and delivery of a product or feature.
  • Gain deep understanding of business requirements, data structures and data models.
  • Be part of an Agile Scrum team and support the team to technical decompose user stories in the Product Backlog and hand them over to the Execution Backlog
  • Be the point of contact for Business and IT stakeholders.
  • Aware of web and mobile app technologies and platforms
  • Previous experience building large and complex web / mobile apps.
  • Other titles you may have had before: Product Owner, Business Analyst, UI/UX designer.
Job Requirements
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, System Engineering or Related BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Arabic) to interact with business and technical stakeholders on a daily basis.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think in a complex and rapidly changing environment keeping the big picture always in mind.
  • Eager to learn new things and communicating effectively to all business and IT levels
  • Ability to work well in highly diverse team as well as independently and have a positive self-motivated can-do attitude
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
