Job Description
- Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and Support employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Preparing the yearly manpower plan.
- Receiving hiring requests & comparing it to manpower plan.
- Making calibration with managers to determine the required criteria.
- Advertising & posting the required vacancies through several channels.
- Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Research and recommend new sources for recruiting candidates.
- Build networks to find qualified candidates.
- Going through the interviewing & selection process (screening, filtering, conducting 1st & 2nd interviews….etc.)
Job Requirements
- 5-8 years of Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Preferably in (Engineering).
