About the Job

Job Summery:

Required for a real state company (Senior engineer Interior and Exterior Design) experience in the field of constructions not less than 5-10 years.
Interior & Exterior Design for residential units.
Follow up with clients in modifying their interior designs.
Experience in finishing residential units.
The ability to perform a complete measurement of the finishing of the inventory of quantities and follow uo on the site.
Handles tasks of the construction drawings as (furniture, masonry, electric, ceiling & floor) with full details like (doors, counters, cladding, etc.).
Prepares presentations and mood boards with clients.
Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists.

Job Roles: Creative/Design/Art Engineering - Construction/Civil/Architecture

Job Requirements

Males or Females.
B.Sc. in Architectural Engineering (Architectural only).
Experience not less than 5-10 years.
Strong experience in 3D Max, Auto Cad, Revit etc.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to meet deadlines without excuses.
Preferably lives nearest to October and Shiekh Zayed.
Experience in design field in consultancy or real estate companies
Experience in the field of finishing.
Good salary depends on experience in the field.
Friday Off.
Frorm 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
