Job Description
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Insert customer data in CRM
- Assign leads to sales agent in sequence.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Job Requirements
- Experience more than 2 years as Call Center agent in the field of Real
- Estate/Property Management
- Bachelor's Degree
- Good user of CRM program and excel sheets
- Females is preferable
- Residence near to new Cairo area
