Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Manage Operations Team
- Support in Handling daily operation
- Set annul, Monthly Operational Targets
- Train, Couch and support Operation Team
- Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
- Utilize financial data to improve efficiency. Prepare and control operational budgets
- Audit on reviewing bookings with suppliers and hotels.
- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
- Assist Resolve cases with clients and hotels.
- Follow up with travel agents for future bookings.
- Achieve department target.
Job Requirements
Professional Qualifications:
- 7 to 10 years’ experience in related field
- Experience with tourism, traveling and online booking systems is required;
- Fluency in written and spoken English with strong drafting skills.
- Skilled in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Internet.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree

- Demonstrated strengths in financial management with a strong client service focus;
- Ability to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions;
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work smoothly in a multi-cultural environment while building good teamwork spirit.

- Communicative and dynamic/skilled in obtaining information from staff and/or external clients and potential ones as necessary to accomplish duties
