Job Description

  • Support the Networking operations center
  • Develop short term and long term training plans
  • Develop and upgrade Network Infrastructures Hardware and configurations
  • Manage the day to day operations of I.T Department , Event and Incident Management, design and configuration, Software Distribution, which includes anticipating and understanding customer needs to meet local requirements.
  • Analyzes support operations to identify process improvement opportunities based on customer feedback
  • Manage and Develop the Access Control System
  • Maintains a heightened sense of urgency in reactive support situations, and demonstrated proactive response in the management of all problems, escalations, and customer notifications until issues are resolved
  • Support all I.T
  • Manage the organization Projects with I.T Team
  • Operate the daily backup and Monitoring Systems
  • Manage the C.R.M System which connects all Parties of property together
