Job Description

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Contact prospective customers to present information and explain available services.
  • Develop prospects from current commercial customers, referral leads, or sales or trade meetings.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions are taken.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant.
  • Must be an accountant
  • Excellent in English Language.
  • Advanced MS Excel Skills.
