Job Description
- Represent the business in all government departments.
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
- Work on building a friendly professional culture.
- Build relationships with key managers and identify people management issues.
- Implementation of Strong and Satisfying engagement plans based on survey data.
- Build plans to develop key talent, and propose strategies to deliver concrete succession options to enable future growth.
- Recruiting and staffing.
- Performance management and improvement systems.
- Organization development.
- Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees.
- Manage & Monitor employees on-boarding, development, needs assessment, and training;
- Policy development and documentation.
- Compensation and benefits administration
Job Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in HR with 2 years as an HRBP
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- People oriented, Focused, Results & detail-oriented with a high emphasis on delivering quality results.
- Fluency in English, and Arabic
- Excellent command of MS Office.
- Open Minded ad accepting different views and cultures.
- Social media Background is a good advantage.
- Flexible and Practical
