Job Description

  • Represent the business in all government departments.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
  • Work on building a friendly professional culture.
  • Build relationships with key managers and identify people management issues.
  • Implementation of Strong and Satisfying engagement plans based on survey data.
  • Build plans to develop key talent, and propose strategies to deliver concrete succession options to enable future growth.
  • Recruiting and staffing.
  • Performance management and improvement systems.
  • Organization development.
  • Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees.
  • Manage & Monitor employees on-boarding, development, needs assessment, and training;
  • Policy development and documentation.
  • Compensation and benefits administration

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in HR with 2 years as an HRBP
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • People oriented, Focused, Results & detail-oriented with a high emphasis on delivering quality results.
  • Fluency in English, and Arabic
  • Excellent command of MS Office.
  • Open Minded ad accepting different views and cultures.
  • Social media Background is a good advantage.
  • Flexible and Practical
