Job Description
- Manage incoming calls
- Assist in the processing of online purchases quickly and while providing superior service to customers.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts ,and file documents.
- Receiving inbound calls for customer's inquiries
- Understand and respond to customer needs and issues over the phone.
- Assist, advise and provide solutions to customers.

- Assist the web development manager in his tasks.

Job Requirements
- Fresh Graduates are preferred.
- Bachelor Degree in the English language is preferred " Arts, Law, Or Commerce".
- Good Computer and Internet skills.
- Good knowledge with the English language.
